Itinerary

After joining the coach at your chosen point we head for our destination - The National Memorial Arboretum.  The driver will advise you of your expected arrival time after they have left their last local departure point. You will be at leisure in the resort until your departure time of 16.00hrs when we will head back to the local area.

Open throughout the year and covering 150 acres of beautiful woodland and gardens, it’s an uplifting place that’s full of life and meaning, somewhere both young and old will enjoy.

Since planting began in 1997, the National Memorial Arboretum has been a special place honouring those who have served, and continue to serve, our nation in many different ways.

Part of the Legion family of charities, you can explore a fascinating exhibition which charts the history of Remembrance. 

Guided walks, audio guides, buggy tours and a land train are available to help visitors explore the site. A year-round programme of events also take place throughout the year.

The National Memorial Arboretum grounds are free to enter, though charges apply for some activities.
