After joining the coach at your chosen point we head for our destination - Birmingham. The driver will advise you of your expected arrival time after they have left their last local departure point. The drop off point will be on 'Moor Street Queensway' next to the Bullring.
You will have free time before your early afternoon departure on The Polar Express. The train departs from Moor Street Station at 13.00hrs - you need to arrive at the station ready to check in at 12.30hrs.

Your experience leaves Birmingham Moor Street station for the North Pole and takes place on board heritage carriages hauled on the return journey by a real steam engine. Santa will arrive in your carriage and you will receive a magical sleigh bell. Hot chocolate and cookies will also be served.
The train will return to Moor Street Station at 14.30hrs. You will then have free time until the coach departs at 16.30hrs to head back to the local area.
