Kingston Upon Thames

After joining the coach at your chosen point we head for our destination - Kingston Upon Thames. The driver will advise you of your expected arrival time after they have left their last local departure point. You will be at leisure in the resort until your departure time of 16.45hrs when we will head back to the local area.

Nestled along the banks of the Thames, Kingston is a lively market town with heaps of history, a brilliant retail selection, and wonderful restaurants and cafes. Whether you're on the hunt for unique independent boutiques or well-known high street favourites, indulging in al fresco riverside dining, or exploring the town’s rich historical heritage, Kingston has something for everyone.

Kingston upon Thames has an impressive collection of over 300 shops, home to beloved brands such as John Lewis and Marks & Spencer, alongside a treasure trove of quirky independent stores and hidden gems dotted around the town.

Kingston upon Thames has been a bustling market town for centuries, with historical records dating back to the early 1200s, and this vibrant tradition continues today. The Ancient Market operates seven days a week, from 10 am to 5 pm, featuring a variety of traditional vendors, including florists, fishmongers, greengrocers, and an artisan bakery. A diverse street food scene also awaits, offering authentic dishes from all over the world.
