From watching pro-skaters stunts and tricks at Eastbourne Extreme to exploring the area's history, discover 1066 castles, museums and art galleries, relax and enjoy the views of Beachy Head or our parks and gardens, sample the local produce from our vineyards and farmers markets, enjoy fun filled trips to the seaside or South Downs National Park, spend the day shopping, then soak up the local atmosphere in one of our many restaurants, wine bars or traditional pubs.
Visit Eastbourne's award winning seafront for clean seas and Quality Coast winning beaches. Offering lifeguard patrolled safe bathing, seafront restaurants, showers, beach huts, cabins, sun loungers, deckchairs, kidzsafe wristband scheme and children's attractions.
Marine Parade Beaches from the Pier to The Pavilion is popular with both visitors and residents of the town. The Pier at one end of the beach with the Pavilion Tea Rooms at the other. These beaches are a favourite for water sports.
From the Wish Tower to the Pier are the main resort beaches offering clean bathing water, Lifeguard observation, first aid cover, safe bathing zone, Kidzone wristbands, showers and toilets, refreshment facilities and bathing cabins available for rent.
